Poor quality power adapter, plug is loose & seldom works, need to wiggle the plug. I’ve made several attempts to contact company & no response. The company email doesn’t work.

Wrong power connector
Well it looks good, however being in Australia and being sent a device that had a power point that is not compatible to Australia power sockets is a bit of a let down. 🙄
