We offer a free design service, providing one or more designs for your approval at no extra charge. If you change your mind and wish to amend or cancel your order before production begins, we’ll gladly provide a partial or full refund. However, once your custom sign order is approved and in production, refunds are no longer available.

How Big Can My Custom-made Neon Be?

Our LED neon signs are available in 8, 9, and 10mm thicknesses. The minimum letter height is about 3–4 inches for simple fonts and 4–5 inches for cursive fonts. For signs larger than 7ft 8in by 3ft 11in, we will create them on two or more backboards that can be easily assembled for safer shipping and better pricing.
